When you generate a Send to Bank Account transaction in your Ezyaccount the status displays as Pending and you cannot cancel the transaction because you have committed the funds to be sent to a bank account.
If you wish to have the transaction cancelled you must contact Ezybonds Support immediately to request the cancellation. Cancellation requests will not be actioned if the funds have been cleared to the processor.

Note: The transfer of funds to another Ezyaccount cannot be cancelled as the transfer is instant.
