When you submit an application for an Ezyaccount it must be reviewed for KYC/AML compliance prior to approval. 

Once your Ezyaccount application is approved an email titled 'Welcome to Ezybonds' is sent to the email address you provided. This email confirms your membership details including your Username and your Security Code. 


If you cannot locate this email, check your email SPAM files as well as any other email accounts. If the email cannot be located, contact Ezybonds Support to confirm the status of your application. 


If you have entered incorrect data on the application you will be advised to register again for an Ezyaccount.


Note: Your application is assigned a 'Pending Document Review' status while your Profile and Proof of Identity documentation are reviewed for KYC/AML compliance. You will receive email notification when your Ezyaccount has been approved and Activated.
