Clearing of deposits can be delayed due to errors in the amount or the information provided. Errors include:

  • Incorrect amount deposited (not unique deposit amount);
  • Alteration of the unique deposit amount due to deduction of fees in the banking process; 
  • Currency sent is not accepted by the beneficiary bank;
  • Incorrect SWIFT, IBAN or account details.

Errors result in outstanding deposits having to be manually found and allocated to the appropriate Ezyaccount.
