If you wire USD to the USA from another country the processors can charge a fee on top of your bank's charges for the fx exchange. It is only when the deposit arrives that Ezybonds finds a fee has been deducted. This can cause delays as the unique deposit amount has been altered, making it difficult to identify your transaction for clearing and resulting in the manual allocation to your Ezyaccount.

If you deposit into your domestic Ezybonds Custodial Bank, there are no international wire charges, and then you can change it to USD in your Ezyaccount. It will reduce these international charges and you will have the benefit of the Ezybonds exchange rate.
