Ezybonds acts on your electronic instructions and your request to cancel a Send to Bank Account transaction will not be actioned if the funds have already cleared to the processor.
To request the cancellation of a Send to Bank Account transaction and have the funds returned to your Ezyaccount lodge your instructions to cancel with support by email. Be sure to include the Ezyaccount transaction number with your request.
Support will acknowledge your instructions and forward your request to Admin to perform the cancellation.
Admin will notify you by email when the cancellation is completed (normally within 24 hours).
