An error message (in red) will appear at the top of the Ezyaccount Registration form if:

  1. You fail to provide acceptable data in one or more of the mandatory fields; or
  2. A time out issue has occurred

Mandatory Fields - Failure to complete all required fields will result in an error message. You must complete the required fields as indicated and reload your ID documents prior to re-Submitting .  

Time out Issue - A timeout issue is a common reason for an error message being generated and is due to the internet connection being too slow to upload the registration information. Try the registration upload from a location with a faster internet upload speed or request your server administrator to increases your upload speed and capacity.

Note: The information recorded on the Ezyaccount Registration form creates your Ezyaccount Personal Profile and this information must match the details contained in the two ID documents supplied.
