There could be a number of reasons for this:
1. Ensure that you click on Submit Details once only. If you click more than once it restarts the process and will eventually cancel your application.
2. Complete your Membership Registration details in English or Chinese only.
3. Ensure your two forms of identification are uploaded separately – one in each box. Each document should not exceed 2.5mb.
4. You may have a technical problem with your computer or modem.
