1. In your Ezyaccount go to the  Your Profile  tab and select  Identity Documents 
  2. Click on Choose File and upload Document 1 
  3. Click on Choose File and upload Document 2
  4. Click on Upload Documents

Both ID documents (1 & 2) need to be uploaded when updating your Proof of Identity documentation.
The status of your Ezyaccount will change to ' Awaiting Document Review' while Ezycompliance reviews your information. 
You will receive an email notification when the status of your Ezyaccount has been updated to 'Active'.
