The View /Cancel Pending Transfers tab provides a list of all pending transfers in your Ezyaccount. 

  1.  Login to your Ezyaccount
  2. From the Transactions tab, select View/Cancel Pending Transfer
  3. Select the Cancel check box for the transaction you would like to cancel
  4. Click on  Cancel Selected

Note: The transaction status 'Deleted' will display on both Overview and Transaction List pages.

A Transfer will only have a Pending status if the funds have been sent to an email address and the recipient email is not already associated with an existing Ezyaccount. 

If sent to an email address associated with an Ezyaccount the transaction will 'Clear' instantly and will not display in this field and cannot be cancelled.
